Return and Refund Policy for Naqsh Fabric

At Naqsh Fabric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and refunds to ensure your shopping experience is seamless.

1. Returns Policy

  • Timeframe: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as sale items or customized products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product details on the product page for return eligibility.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at naqshfabricsofficial@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Please provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and details on how to send back the item(s).
  3. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.

3. Refunds Policy

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout (for credit/debit card payments) or to your bank account (for COD orders).
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where only a partial return is made, we will issue a partial refund accordingly. This could also be based on the condition of the returned item.

4. Exchanges

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will provide you with a return label and process your return or exchange free of charge.

6. Bulk Orders

  • For bulk orders, returns are only accepted if the products are defective or damaged. 20% advance payment is required for bulk orders, and the remaining balance will be due upon delivery.
