1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Pakistan.
• If there are delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Domestic Shipping (Pakistan):
  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within Pakistan, regardless of order size.
  • Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after processing, depending on the location.
• International Shipping:
  • At the moment, we are only offering domestic shipping within Pakistan, but we may expand to international shipping in the future.

3. Shipping Partners

• We partner with reliable courier services like TCS, Leopards Courier, and Pakistan Post to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time.

4. Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all orders within Pakistan. Simply choose COD as your payment method during checkout and pay when the product arrives at your doorstep.
• Advance Payment for Bulk Orders: For bulk orders, we require a 20% advance payment to process the order. The remaining balance will be paid upon delivery.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number along with the courier service details via email, allowing you to track the status of your package.

6. Shipping Address

• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Naqsh Fabric is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the courier once they’ve been handed over for delivery. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to the respective courier service using the tracking number provided.
• If you experience any issues with your order, contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

8. Return & Exchange Policy

• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
  • The items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • If the product is damaged or defective, we will process the return or exchange at no extra cost to you.

9. Bulk Orders

• For bulk orders, please contact us directly to discuss pricing, customization, and delivery details.
• A 20% advance payment is required for processing bulk orders. The balance is due upon delivery.
